will need:
§ 1
pitcher /64 ounces clean filtered water
§ 1
teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
§ 1 organic lemon, cut into eighths
Preparation:
Fill the
pitcher, add in the lemon wedges (don’t squeeze!), and put 1 teaspoon of
Himalayan (pink) salt, then cover it and let it sit overnight at a room
temperature. You can consume it the next morning.
