(44), the proud husband, uploaded photos of his wife’s fitness journey after
she gave birth to their child. She managed to lose 30 kg in only 10 months.
His wife Danielle, like many mothers, was not
satisfied with her looks when she gave birth to her second daughter. She
weighed 70 kg before pregnancy, but after the second birth she got to 89 kg.
However, she wasn’t pleased with her excess
weight and after three months she started training.
Danielle began breastfeeding which she did for
about eight months. She also started training hard at the same time by usually
balancing cardio with weight training.
‘I am very blessed to have a husband that
supported my journey. ‘My husband and I prepared our food on Sundays for the
whole week. I think this is very important in not stumbling with food. It
becomes easy to mess up your diet otherwise.’ I do not believe in starvation
and strict diets, but in a proper, well-balanced healthynutrition
accompaniedwith, of course, a lot of physical activity’ – the attractive mum
said.
She explained that she ate 5-6 times a day. She
consumed lots of proteins and some carbs depending on when she is working out.
– ‘I think I’m one of the few lucky ones who
have a husband who stood by me and gave me absolute support during my weight
loss journey. He was able to watch both kids while I trained for a few hours a
day,’ she said.
‘He was of huge help and I felt much better not
only physically, but also mentally compared to the period when I was not doing
any exercise’ – Danielle explained.
Thanks to her determination, and the support of
her husband, Danielle now weighs a phenomenal 58 kilograms and she had added
muscles that every girl who didn’t give birth will envy.
