Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of oat flakes
·
1 bag of chamomile tea
Preparation:
·
First grind the oat flakes in a coffee
mill, until they become flour.
·
Put inside the bag of chamomile. Mix it
with the oat flakes.
·
Pour 100-150 ml of boiling water or milk
over the mixture.
·
Leave it for few minutes to until it turns
into a dense mixture.
·
While it is still warm (even a little
hot), apply it on a clean face and under the eyes, in a thicker layer. You can
put gauze over it.
·
Remove it after 15 minutes and wash your
face with hot water.
·
The face will be baby-soft. The redness
will disappear; the skin will be smooth and firm.
