Cynthia Sass, a nutritionist, created this incredibly refreshing
drink – sassy water. It is great for losing belly fat, but also is vitalizing,
contains minimal calories, calms down the digestive system, lowers down
flatulence, and finally has therapeutic effect on the organism. Just in 4 days
you can take 10cm off your waist.
Its concept is based on the fact that human
You
need to eat healthy food in small portions avoiding snacks, sweets, oily and
caloric food. Moreover you need to turn on body activities.
Ingredients:
- 8 glasses of water (you are allowed to drink more during the day);
- 1 fresh medium-sized cucumber (chopped in thin slices);
- 1 tsp of grinded ginger root;
- 12 leaves of green peppermint;
How to prepare it: Put all the
ingredients in a jar and let it cool during the night in the fridge. Consume
the drink during the whole day and make a new one in the evening.
In order to
see the results, you’ll have to consume the sassy water for at least 4 days
without drinking anything else.
